Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in person and by phone
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of products
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Washing and drying pots
- Serving Customers Food, Drinks & Desserts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Skills:
- Provide hospitality and excellent customer service
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food preparation is beneficial
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and practices
- Experience in catering or bartending is a plus
