Full job description

Marvel at Everything is an innovative creative agency based in Buckshaw Village. We work with some of the largest and highest profile brands and offer graphic and web design, signage & print and event management as well as many other services.

We have delivered projects for companies which include Merlin Group, Sefton Council, Ramsay Healthcare, Ainscough Vanguard & many local independent businesses. We pride ourselves in our down-to-earth and friendly approach.

We're currently looking for an Office Administrator to help coordinate & maintain day to day office operations.

Responsibilities:

Responding to incoming project requests in a timely manner
Diary management & supporting with general admin
Manage key relationships within the team to provide a seamless delivery of services
Supporting day to day office operations
General admin duties including answering phone and dealing with Clients
Assisting with quotes, invoicing and accounts (full training will be provided)
Working with Client Manager on social media campaign planning

Essential

Time management and organisational skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
Strong problem-solving
An ability to stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines.
Team working
