Pay Rate: £28,000.00
Grade: RCS P
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off Days 06:00- 17:30
Location: Skelmersdale - WN8 8DY

We're now looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support the smooth running of warehouse operations through accurate data management, effective use of WMS systems, and timely coordination of orders and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

To accurately input and maintain data within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ensuring all records are up to date and reliable
To produce regular data and performance reports, supporting operational visibility and decision-making
To manage the booking in of orders and generate pick sheets to support efficient warehouse operations
To monitor and resolve queries within the WMS, liaising with operational teams to ensure timely issue resolution
To support overall warehouse administration tasks, ensuring processes are followed and deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Previous experience in a warehouse or supply chain administrative role, with an understanding of operational processes
Strong IT skills with a strong emphasis on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good understanding of next-day or time-critical order profiles and the ability to prioritise workload accordingly
Excellent communication skills, with a polite and friendly approach when dealing with colleagues and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
