Grade/Salary:Grade C, SCP 3-5, £24,796 to £25,583 per annum, pro rata
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31/08/2027 (Potential to become permanent.)
Contract Terms: 22.5 hours, Part Time, Term Time (8.30am - 1.00pm, Monday to Friday)

The Governors at Roe Lee Park Primary School are seeking a highly organised and efficient Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated office team.
We are looking for somebody with a flexible approach, who can work well under pressure and has excellent team working skills.
As the first point of contact for the school the successful candidate will be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the school in a professional and friendly manner. Previous experience of working within a school environment would be an advantage.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering all incoming telephone calls, transferring calls where appropriate and taking telephone messages.
- Welcoming and signing-in/out all visitors, parents and children.
- Receiving incoming goods/post and forwarding these to appropriate staff at school.
- Resolving queries and questions (liaising with relevant members of the school team for assistance as appropriate).
- Dealing with ad-hoc queries.
- Administrative support including filing, photocopying, preparation of reports, help with the organisation of school trips etc.
- Facilitating the smooth running of the reception area by undertaking reasonable tasks
