The Role

Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer in Professional and Business Management. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the personal and professional development of our students by delivering both practical and theoretical training in management and lifestyle skills across various educational pathways.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Delivering practical and theoretical sessions across apprenticeship and further education (FE) pathways, managing the full learning experience for students.
Conducting progress reviews with apprentices and employers, tracking Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to ensure alignment between on- and off-the-job training.
Developing, assessing, and evaluating training materials and courses to drive continuous improvement.
Supporting curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with course regulations and best practices.
Collaborating with colleagues to maintain accurate student records and progress data and promoting Health and Safety awareness within the training environment.
