Trainee Mortgage Advisor - Commercial and Residential Mortgage Broking - Southport
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a number of experienced, suitably qualified CEMAP 123 qualified Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join a very well established partner firm linked to PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory business. The firm are based in offices in Southport.
We are looking for trainee brokers who are looking to grow into a high performing Mortgage Advisor.
We are keen to speak with CeMAP qualified Banking advisors transitioning to Broking as well as Cemap qualified individuals with mortgage exposure that are looking for their first steps into advisory.
Commercial Mortgage exposure is desirable but not a compulsory requirement for the role as full training will be given.
Base to £30,000 (rising to £35,000 upon passing of the 6 month probation period) with an OTE of £65,000 + and uncapped - we have advisors in the business earning £100,000 +
First year earnings are realistically estimated at £50,000 and 2nd year at £75,000
The role is office based in Southport, PR9 with hybrid potential.
Candidates must have the full qualification and have Mortgage linked Financial Services backgrounds to be considered.
