Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations within our organisation at Blackpool area The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, proven management experience, and the ability to supervise teams effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead multiple teams, optimise operational efficiency, and contribute to the organisation’s growth. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service delivery, maintaining excellent client relationships, and fostering a positive working environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and supervise multiple teams across designated areas to achieve organisational goals.
