Halls is a leading provider of property and rural services across Shropshire and surrounding counties. We offer a range of services from residential and commercial sales and lettings to livestock auctions, surveying, and professional valuations.
The Role
We are looking for a professional, personable and highly organised individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries, and strong attention to detail. You will be IT-literate, reliable and able to manage tasks efficiently within a busy office environment. A positive attitude, smart presentation and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues are essential.
Responsibilities
· Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a professional, welcoming and knowledgeable service both in person and over the telephone.
· Handle inbound enquiries efficiently and accurately, ensuring all applicant and property details are correctly recorded on the company system.
· Provide clear, informed guidance on properties currently available, including key features, location information and viewing availability.
· Schedule and coordinate property viewings, ensuring diaries are managed effectively and appointments are confirmed promptly.
· Liaise with colleagues to ensure seamless communication between negotiators, valuers and administrative staff.
· Record and relay viewing feedback to vendors in a timely and professional manner.
· Maintain high standards of office presentation and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.
· Upholding company compliance procedures and ensuring accurate data entry at all times
The Candidate

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
· Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and property software
