The day-to-day duties within this Property Litigation Paralegal job are likely to include:
- Assisting with a varied caseload of Property Litigation matters.
- Handling landlord and tenant disputes, neighbour disputes and wider property-related disputes.
- Supporting possession proceedings, rent arrears matters and lease renewal disputes.
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court documentation.
- Preparing hearing bundles and case papers.
- Liaising with clients, agents, counsel and third parties.
- Supporting matters from instruction through to resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the case management system.
The successful Property Litigation Paralegal joining this firm in Chester will have previous litigation experience and be looking to build upon their knowledge within Property Litigation.
