Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified healthcare professionals across various settings. Responsibilities
- Lead generation through various channels including social media management, job boards, and professional networks to attract suitable candidates
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms to ensure efficient candidate data management
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for healthcare roles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and internal teams to facilitate successful placements
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM tools to track candidate progress and client interactions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies
- Coordinate interview schedules, onboarding processes, and compliance documentation in line with organisational policies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, labour laws, and best practices in human resources within the healthcare sector
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, relationship management, or recruitment within healthcare or human resources environments
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft or similar systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike
- Knowledge of social media management tools for effective talent sourcing and employer branding
- Proficiency in HRIS systems including HRIS software and Salesforce CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced setting
- Organised with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience working with staffing software such as Workday or Taleo is highly desirable
