Job Title: Skilled Administrative Assistant

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year (depending on experience)

We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and innovation in the environmental sector. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: Due to increasing demand, we are looking to expand our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain office systems, including data management.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate appointments.
Prepare reports and correspondence.
Assist with the preparation and submission of documents for UKAS accreditation and other regulatory requirements.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a consultancy or similar environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Competence in Microsoft (Word and Excel).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
