About Sintela
Sintela Ltd is a young, fast-growing company at the forefront of distributed fibre-optic sensing technology. Our systems are deployed worldwide across a diverse range of industries, and we’re proud to be driving innovation in this cutting-edge field.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Sales ans Business Support Administrator to join our team. This varied role brings together sales, operations, and administration, and is well suited to someone who is proactive, organised, and confident handling a broad range of responsibilities.

This role will be based in our office in Poundbury, Monday to Friday, 9-5.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately respond to client request to quotes
Manage and maintain customer contacts on the company CRM
Manage and maintain sales quotes and provide monthly reports on performance.
Support sales and operation functions.
Process orders for the production facility and keep clients updated on their order progress
Maintain organised financial and administrative records and documentation.
Provide general administrative support across the business as required.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

Skills

Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative processes
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Xero is desirable
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities
Strong data entry capabilities with attention to detail
A flexible and conscientious approach to work
