Job Summary
Small but thriving ironwork company specializing in architectural ironwork, contemporary welding, and fabrication. Our projects range from prestigious heritage restoration work to high-standard modern metal fabrication, offering a unique opportunity to work across a variety of disciplines.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our workshop team. The role will primarily be workshop-based, with some on-site installation work. You will be involved in everything from traditional blacksmithing techniques to precision welding and fabrication, working on bespoke projects that require craftsmanship and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Some experience in blacksmithing, welding, or metal fabrication (training available for the right candidate)
✅ Ability to work independently and take initiative
✅ Strong communication skills and a high standard of customer service
✅ Willingness to develop new skills in a varied and dynamic environment
✅ A keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship
