Role: Starbucks Store Manager

Full-Time: Hours: 44 hours per week

Location: Thame, OX9 3SB

Salary: £32,000 - £33,300 (depending on experience)

A Typical Day as a Store Manager:

Lead your store to success by ensuring exceptional operational standards and delivering consistent excellence across customer service, food safety, hygiene, and Starbucks brand expectations.
Drive store performance through effective inventory management, stock control, merchandising, and regular reporting to keep the store running efficiently and delivering strong results.
Identify opportunities to improve performance by reducing waste, managing labour effectively, reviewing processes, and implementing action plans that support business goals.
Take ownership of commercial performance through responsible cash management, budget planning, expenditure control, and making informed decisions that support store growth.
Build and develop a high-performing team by coaching, mentoring, and creating a positive and inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported to grow and succeed.
Recruit, develop, and inspire talent by attracting great people, planning rotas effectively, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service and maximise opportunities.
Create a culture of recognition and accountability by celebrating success, supporting colleague wellbeing, and managing people matters fairly and consistently in line with company policies.
