Full job description

PART TIME

We are a Vehicle recovery company based in Kettering. We are actively seeking a Payroll and Accounts Assistant to join our team.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

· Processing and filing of weekly/monthly payroll, year-end reports and other normal office book keeping duties.

· Monthly pension reporting

· Handle payroll related enquiries and resolve any issues

· Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required

· Assist with the day to day running of the business

· Other ad hoc administration and bookkeeping duties when required.

Requirements for a successful candidate:

· Knowledge of SSP, SMP, PAYE, NI and SAGE 50

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Work to deadlines

· Prioritise workflow

· Excellent organisational skills

· Confident, motivated and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

· Salary is negotiable, depending on experience
