Job Summary

Key responsibilities for this Finance Management role:
- Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Monitor and control costs across departments to optimise profitability and operational efficiency.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes at senior management level.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial reviews.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies related to financial services.
- Supervise the finance team including accounts payable, payroll & data analysist fostering professional development and ensuring high standards
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely resolution of any issues identified.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial management within a manufacturing or retail organisation.
- Strong background in financial accounting, planning, and analysis.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Extensive knowledge of financial services regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial software programmes and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable.

Pay: £60,057.35-£70,000.00 per year
