Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. Responsibilities
- Lead group and individual Pilates reformer classes, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times
- Develop customised programmes to meet the specific needs and goals of clients
- Demonstrate exercises clearly, providing modifications for different ability levels
- Monitor client progress and offer constructive feedback to optimise results
- Maintain a clean and organised studio environment, ensuring equipment is sanitised after each session
- Stay informed about the latest Pilates techniques and industry best practices
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client retention and positive engagement
Skills
- Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction, with a focus on Pilates or similar disciplines
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all ages and abilities
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy relevant to Pilates movements and injury prevention
- Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clear instructions and personalised guidance
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple classes efficiently
- Passionate about health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their fitness goals
