Full job description

Henllan Bakery is one of the UK's leading independent Craft Wholesale Bakers and we are looking for a skilled Picker / Packer to join our growing team.

The successful person will form an integral part of the dispatch department, working as a team to provide excellent customer service for our wide-ranging customer base, which includes retail chains, independent cafes and delis to pubs, schools and hospitals.

You must be a confident Picker / Packer with experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

You role is Picking all orders accurately and in an efficient manner

You’ll be given delivery notes, from which you’ll accurately pick the orders with our bakery products and pack them into bread baskets to then load on to wagons.

To start with, you will be supported with training of your assigned routes, typically just over a week.

Shift pattern

3 shifts a week. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday

Your shift will start at 8 pm and finish at 12 pm

Including Bank Holidays

Additional hours available as and when needed.

Experience required:

Must have experience in Picking and Packing

Must have experience working evenings

Rights to work in the UK

Good communication skills

Warehouse experience preferred

Capable of handling heavy/bulky items

This role is based in Denbigh so must have own transport to get to and from work.
