In this dynamic role you will:
· Manage end-to-end delivery of disrepair works contracts
· Monitor contractor performance to ensure quality, value, and timeliness
· Lead on the procurement and contract management of works
· Ensure all works meet compliance standards, health & safety regulations, and customer expectations
· Build relationships with contractors and customers to achieve the best possible outcome.
We’re looking for people with experience in managing housing disrepair or social housing contracts and strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance to join the team.

About you
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Proven experience managing housing disrepair works or social housing contracts
- Customer focused with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent outcomes
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, housing legislation and compliance requirements
- Results-driven, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire colleagues and build strong relationships
- Full UK driving licence

Salary: £40,594
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: This is a fixed term contract for 9 months for a maternity cover.
Base: Hybrid working - working from office, home, site and in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL31 2FR. This role requires you to typically work from the office at least 1 day per week.
