Care Assistant (Band 2)

Pay: Competitive hourly rate + progression opportunities

The Role

As a Care Assistant (Band 2), you will help provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to our residents while supporting them to maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting residents with personal care
Assisting with mobility, nutrition, and hydration
Promoting emotional wellbeing and independence
Monitoring residents and reporting concerns
Building positive relationships with residents and families
Completing care documentation accurately
Working closely with Senior Carers and Team Leaders

You may also begin developing supported key worker responsibilities as part of your progression within the role.
