The Person

The Role:
As a Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process and responding to guests via phone, emails and social media.

Responsibilities include:

Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including the issuance of room keys, payment processing, and providing necessary information.
Work closely with sales, housekeeping, and F&B to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, hotel facilities, and local attractions (including the Bodmin Jail Attraction).
Monitor room availability and manage room inventory to maximise occupancy and revenue.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
