Overview

Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Tenant Liaison Administration Assistant to support the delivery of a Solar PV and Battery Storage Installation Project. Working closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer, you will provide essential administrative support, helping to ensure effective communication with tenants and the smooth coordination of project activities.

Essential:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Welsh and English.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Tenant Liaison Officer.
Input and maintain accurate project data and records.
Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to tenant enquiries professionally.
Monitor and manage emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, site visits, and contractor bookings.
Assist with organising and confirming installation appointments with tenants.
Attend occasional site visits to provide administrative support and assist with tenant liaison where required.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in line with project requirements.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and friendly telephone manner.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience working within construction, housing, social housing, or renewable energy projects is desirable but not essential.

Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Positive, proactive, and willing to support the wider project team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a renewable energy project while supporting tenants throughout the installation process and ensuring the efficient delivery of project administration.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
