We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual who is confident when working with employers, apprentices and young people. We require someone who is able to link with a wide range of employers across the region to generate and account manage Apprenticeship and Work Experience Activity opportunities including work placements. This vibrant team aims to recruit an effective team member so they can help ensure the success of the college is exceeded.
Ideally, you will:
- Hold a Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Maths & English
- Have experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders and employers
- Have experience in identifying business needs, proposing, developing and delivering solutions to meet those needs
- Have experience in identifying business needs, proposing, developing and delivering solutions to meet those needs
- Have Sales and marketing experience with a proven track record of meeting target
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- To develop, promote and sell a range of quality learning, development and other employer-related services including Apprenticeships, work placement and Employer Academies
- To provide a 360-degree service for Employers wishing to engage with the College ensuring Service Standards are met.
- To work as a key account holder with employers and learners to support Work Based Tutors in effectively signing up with integrity.
- To generate income for the College by promoting a range of solutions to employers to meet set organisational targets.
- To provide a recruitment / vacancy matching service to achieve targeted growth in the Colleges work-based learning provision by promotion and recruitment activities
