Full job description

Front End Associate

Duties:
- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items efficiently while ensuring accuracy
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product availability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the front end

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Strong mathematical skills for cash handling and basic calculations
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Culinary background or interest is beneficial
