About the Role
As a Spa Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our spa environment remains pristine, welcoming, and fully prepared throughout the day. Working closely with our therapists and reception team, you will help create a seamless and luxurious experience for every guest from the moment they arrive.
This hands-on position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a guest-focused environment, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
What You Will Do
- Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, changing rooms, and public areas.
- Prepare treatment rooms to the highest standards before and after guest appointments.
- Ensure all spa amenities, supplies, towels, robes, slippers, and guest products are replenished throughout the day.
- Monitor spa facilities and proactively address any presentation or cleanliness concerns.
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests and assist with directions and general enquiries.
- Support therapists and the Spa Reception team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with laundry management and stock control within the spa.
- Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and brand standards are consistently maintained.
- Contribute to creating a luxury spa environment that exceeds guest expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a luxury hotel, spa, leisure, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- A positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment.

Pay: £26,437.00-£32,500.00 per year
