Our clinic brings together a highly experienced team including dentists providing implants and facial aesthetics, specialist orthodontics, an award-winning oculoplastic surgeon, a women’s health specialist and an incoming plastic surgeon. The Role

We are seeking an experienced Dental Nurse / Front of House Coordinator, with the opportunity to progress into a Treatment Coordinator (TCO) role for the right candidate.

This is a varied and evolving role depending on experience and strengths, including:

Dental reception duties and front-of-house patient care
Implant and Orthodontic Nursing
Managing incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment booking
Coordinating patient journeys across multiple specialist services
Handling payments and supporting financial discussions
Supporting treatment coordination and patient conversion where appropriate
Delivering an exceptional, luxury-level patient experience at every touchpoint

We take a flexible and developmental approach — the role will grow with the individual.

The role is not suitable for individuals who are rigid, clock-focused or uncomfortable with change or responsibility.
