Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients through direct engagement and networking.

- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements that benefit both the client and the company.
- Develop customised sales strategies tailored to target markets and individual clients.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organisational tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
- Drive utilisation of digital tools and IT systems to streamline sales processes and reporting.
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and organise appointments effectively.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently.
- Proven experience in B2B sales environments, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Valid driving licence with the willingness to travel as required for client meetings or events.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office suite, and other organisational tools.
- Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Ability to adapt communication style according to different clients and situations. Pay: £12,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
