Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Kitchen Leader to oversee daily culinary operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. As a key figure in our team, you will lead food preparation, manage kitchen staff, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will inspire a collaborative atmosphere where team members thrive, and guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, organizational skills, and passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

Supervise all aspects of food preparation and cooking to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met or exceeded
Lead and motivate kitchen staff by providing clear direction, training, and support to foster a cohesive team environment
Oversee food production processes, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper storage procedures
Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to promote a safe working environment
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
Develop and implement efficient kitchen workflows to optimize productivity and minimize waste
Monitor kitchen operations regularly, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement improvements as needed

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on culinary operations
Extensive kitchen experience with skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation
Demonstrated team management abilities with a track record of leading diverse groups effectively
Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance in the culinary industry
Previous experience in hotel or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Knowledge of barista skills or beverage service is a plus but not required
Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to inspire your team and elevate guest experiences
