Full job description

Service Advisor
Kirton, Boston
£30k - £31.5k
47.5 hours pw

Role and responsibilities:

Greeting customers on arrival and delivering outstanding customer service from vehicle drop-off to handover.
Liaising with the Workshop Control, Parts and Sales Departments to ensure a smooth transaction and that customers vehicles are ready on time.
Organising vehicle delivery/collection or courtesy car arrangements.
Recommending additional products, services and repair work.
Demonstrating the JLR Customer First Behaviours in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

About you:

You will have a passion to deliver excellent customer service and quickly build relationships with colleagues and customers.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Previous experience in working to key targets.
You will be well presented with good organisational skills and administrative skills.
Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 8 – 6
Saturday shifts on a rota

Experience:

Our ideal candidate would have motor trade experience in a customer service environment, but for the right candidate full training will be given.
