Full job description

Are you a skilled and motivated Residential Property Lawyer/Residential Conveyancer? We have exciting opportunities within our Conveyancing department at our King’s Lynn and Wisbech offices.

As part of this role, you will:

Manage a varied caseload of transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and Land Registry applications.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure efficient and timely transactions.
Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm requirements, maintaining a high standard of professional service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client care throughout the process.
