ROLE: Legal Secretary

LOCATION: Boston

SALARY: Competitive based on experience

HOURS: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday

BENEFITS:

We are looking for someone to join our Family Law team in Boston as a Legal Secretary. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role within a supportive, professional environment.

You will play an important role in supporting fee earners, helping files progress smoothly and delivering excellent service to clients.

You will undertake the following but not limited to:

Preparing correspondence, legal documents and court paperwork
Managing and maintaining client files accurately
Diary management and appointment coordination
Handling telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
Supporting file progression, billing and general administration
Assisting with client onboarding and related paperwork
Typing up documents from dictation

We are looking for:

Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities
A professional, reliable and discreet approach
A willingness to learn new systems and processes
