Apprentice Lettings Administrator

We are offering an exciting and varied administration role within our lettings agency, providing an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to gain experience and start a career in the property industry. As an Apprentice Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our business, helping to keep everything running smoothly while learning valuable skills along the way.

Apprenticeship Summary:

Key Duties:

Answering phones and handling inquiries

Sending and responding to emails

Creating and maintaining files

Arranging appointments for viewings and meetings

Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors

Assisting with utility supplier changes

Carrying out reference checks and assisting with tenancy renewals

Supporting various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements and Prospects:

Desired Skills:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Personal Qualities:

Friendly, approachable, and motivated

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desired Qualifications:

No formal qualifications required. Assessment will be conducted during the interview process to determine suitability for the apprenticeship program.

What You’ll Learn and Do:

Manage a portfolio of rental properties

Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants

Assist in vetting tenants and preparing tenancy agreements

Gain hands-on experience using our property management system to update and track property details

Learn about property regulations and how to ensure compliance
