Join one of Scotland's most exciting independent hospitality groups.
We're looking for an ambitious, creative and commercially minded Marketing Lead to shape the future of some of Scotland's most distinctive hospitality brands.
You'll lead marketing across Boutique 50, Riva Helensburgh, Santé Bar & Bistro, El Santo and Revolver, while also supporting exciting projects including SuperPark, Scran + Roadie and The Whisky Vaults.
This isn't a role for someone who simply schedules social media posts.
We're looking for someone who can think strategically, deliver creatively, analyse commercially and inspire a small marketing team to produce outstanding work that drives revenue.
If you love hospitality, understand modern marketing and enjoy turning ideas into measurable results, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the marketing strategy across multiple hospitality brands, ensuring each venue has a clear identity while supporting the wider group objectives.
- Develop annual marketing and sales plans for each venue, aligned with commercial targets and budgets.
- Plan, create and oversee engaging content across all major social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital platforms, continually optimising performance and return on investment.
- Oversee PR, communications and media relations, including press releases, partnerships and brand storytelling.
- Monitor and manage each venue's online reputation, responding to trends in guest feedback and implementing reputation management strategies.
- Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, bookings, footfall and revenue.
- Work closely with General Managers to identify commercial opportunities, seasonal promotions and local marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate events, partnerships, activations and influencer collaborations that generate excitement around our venues.
- Support business development and sales initiatives through targeted campaigns and community engagement.
- Analyse campaign performance, monitor key KPIs and provide regular reporting with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor and support members of the marketing team, delegating projects and maintaining high standards across all activity.
- Manage relationships with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies and suppliers to produce exceptional marketing assets.
- Ensure websites, booking platforms, Google Business Profiles and online listings remain accurate, optimised and up to date.
- Identify emerging marketing trends, technologies and opportunities that keep our brands ahead of the competition.
- Support new venue openings, product launches and business development projects with creative launch strategies.
We're looking for someone who has
- Previous experience in a marketing leadership role. We are open to someone at supervisor level.
- Strong social media, digital marketing and content creation skills.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to understand marketing performance and ROI.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Experience leading or mentoring others.
- A passion for hospitality, food, drink, travel or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
You'll thrive in this role if you are
- Creative but commercially focused.
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Confident making decisions and taking ownership.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- Curious about new marketing trends and technology.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with venue teams and external partners.
