Duties

Apply makeup tailored to clients’ preferences and occasions, ensuring a flawless finish
Provide personalised beauty consultations to recommend suitable products and styles
Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all tools and products used
Assist clients with colour matching, skincare advice, and beauty tips
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational flow
Promote retail products where appropriate to enhance client experience and business growth

Requirements

Proven experience in makeup application and beauty treatments
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
A keen eye for detail and colour coordination
Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments simultaneously
Professional attitude with a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty
Previous experience working in a salon or similar environment is desirable but not essential
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required
