We’re looking for a talented Lettings Negotiator to join our award-winning Bournemouth branch. Working at the heart of our dynamic lettings team, the ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive can-do attitude, and the drive to learn and develop in this pivotal role.
The Role:
Booking and conducting property viewings
Prospecting and canvassing for new landlords and properties
Generating rental valuations
Handling phone, email, and walk-in enquiries
Listing and marketing rental properties effectively
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Negotiating tenancy terms and securing lets
Ensuring all tenancy documentation and compliance requirements are completed
Managing property re-lets
Cross-selling related services (Rent Guarantee, Property Management, Insurance, etc.)
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a smooth move-in process
Assisting the Lettings Manager with any other duties as required
Our Expectation:
Lettings Experience: 1 Year Minimum
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
Strong time and diary management skills
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
Professional, personable, and empathetic approach with clients
Must have a full UK driving licence and their own car
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Every other Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00
Holiday Entitlement
28 days holiday including bank holidays

Remuneration & Benefits:
Basic Starting Salary: £26,500 + Depending upon experience
Competitive OTE of £30,000+ with Uncapped Commission
