Full job description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! At Country Fare, we are dedicated to our love for food and enjoy sharing this passion with our customers. Our Customer Relations team plays a crucial role in directly connecting with both new and existing customers, fostering honest and informative rapport, and presenting exciting new products to maximise sales.

Job Description:

1. Promote and sell new and existing product lines to loyal customers through the week.

2. Record direct orders from customers via phone and generate invoices for order dispatch.

3. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding individual requirements.

4. Monitor menu changes, highlight seasonal produce, and promote specials.

5. Address customer complaints with a fair and consistent approach.

6. Collaborate with other departments including Accounts, Field Sales, Purchasing, Transport, and Warehouse.

7. Perform general office duties as required.

Essential/Desirables:

· Sales experience preferably with a track record of building rapport with clients.

· Good IT and Microsoft Office skills and knowledge.

· Experience with Sage or similar software.

· Background in customer service with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
