Full job description

About The Role:

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the safe transfer of Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) through the airport terminal in a timely manner, providing mobility assistance and enabling passengers to enjoy all aspects of the airport experience.

We are looking for a customer focused and friendly individual to join our team of workers and help create a memorable experience for every visitor to the airport.

This position will be trained and Multi- Skilled to drive varied vehicles within the airport to aid the passengers transportation,

Main Duties:

Meet and greet arriving/departing/transferring Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM)
Communicate effectively with the passengers and staff
Assist Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at drop off/pick up points, airline check-In, airport security and pre-boarding aircraft.
Transport passengers within the airport using varied vehicles.
In a safely manner, assist in the transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment
Comply with all Health & Safety regulations.
Use company equipment responsibly ensuring all equipment

To be successful in the role, you will need:

Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels
Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.
Full UK driving license
