About the role

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our Academic Services team on a 12-month fixed term basis. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the growth of partnership provision within the registry and programme operations functions.

You will lead a range of activities that underpin the successful development and management of partnerships at BU, including:

leading the development and implementation of regulations, policies and procedures to support partner-delivered provision
ensuring robust, compliant and efficient administration across the full student lifecycle and the integrity of student records
working closely with senior colleagues to translate strategic ambitions for partnership growth into effective operational processes
acting as the primary partnership contact for academic administration matters
building strong relationships and providing expert guidance, training and documentation to support delivery

About You

We are looking for a collaborative and proactive manager with significant experience in academic administration within a higher education environment. You will bring strong knowledge of student lifecycle processes, an understanding of partnership provision and regulatory frameworks, and a proven ability to lead process development. You will be organised, detail‑focused, and confident managing complex operational activity and engaging effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

The Partnerships Manager will be part of the Academic Registry team within Academic Services. Academic Services creates an enabling academic environment, which shares expertise, builds capabilities and inspires stakeholders through sector leading, user centred processes and outstanding service delivery.
