Job Title: B2B Telemarketing Executive (Telecoms / Communications)
Location: Office-Based (South of England)
Salary: £30,000 – £70,000+ OTE
The Role
We’re looking for a confident and motivated B2B Telemarketing Executive to join a fast-growing communications business. Your role will be to speak with business owners and decision-makers, generating high-quality, qualified appointments for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to businesses across the UK
- Engaging with key decision-makers and introducing telecoms solutions
- Qualifying opportunities and booking appointments for the field sales team
- Building rapport quickly and handling objections naturally
- Keeping accurate records of activity and pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B telemarketing preferred but not necessary
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Self-motivated and target-driven without needing constant supervision
- Resilient and able to handle objections
- Ambitious, with a desire to progress
