Full job description

IT Administrator – Poole Office

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join our team in our Poole office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s day-to-day IT operations, ensuring systems run smoothly and staff receive efficient and responsive technical support.

You will be responsible for providing a high level of service across the business, assisting with both onsite and remote support, and maintaining IT infrastructure in line with operational and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide IT helpdesk support, including troubleshooting software, hardware, phones, and printers
Build, configure, and deploy PCs and other devices
Manage desk moves, including network patching and equipment setup
Administer user accounts and access permissions
Support and manage Microsoft 365 (including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive)
Deliver effective remote support for users across different locations

Skills & Experience

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Knowledge of hardware setup, networking, and general IT infrastructure

Additional Requirements

Full UK driving licence and business insurance (required for travel between offices)
