Our client LX Pantos U.K. Ltd is recruiting an Warehouse & Distribution Co-ordinator to join their business in the UK.

LX Pantos is a global freight forwarding and supply chain specialist now seeking to appoint an experienced level of Air & Ocean Import / Export Clerk to join our busy team in Slough. You will join in International Freight Forwarding Team that deals with mainly Import & Export operations and customs mainly from Asia or to Asia for very specific High Street Names.

* Location: 776 Buckingham Avenue, Slough, SL1 4NL, United Kingdom

* Language skills: : Fluent in English. Korean speaking only

1. Main role

Warehouse stock management
Generating picking list for outbound shipment
Generating advanced shipment notice for inbound shipment
Stock-taking and keep the stock level identical between actual and system.
Invoicing and Settlement
Customer Service, dealing with complaints / Claims, Shipment Tracking / Contract management
At least 3 years of experience in related work is required
Any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as requested
Proceed and Support W&D Bidding, Rate Quotation
Understanding of MS OFFICE (Especially Excel, Outlook & Teams)
Support related departments for W&D system development,

2. Other Working Conditions

VISA requirement: Work Visa Holders who is able to work legally in the UK

Working Address: 776 Buckingham Avenue, Slough, SL1 4NL, UK
Annual Salary: £30,000 ~ £35,000 (Negotiable depends on work experiences)
Recruitment: 12 months rolling contract
Working hours: 8.5 hours / day, 5 days a week (1-hour lunch break included)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Holiday: 20 days (Plus UK public holiday)
Insurance: N/A
Recruitment period: till 2026/JUL
Recruitment due date: : in 2026/JUL

3. How to Proceed

1st: Review of submitted documents - CV, self-introduction letter, and certificate
2nd: Interview (Face to face or video conference)
Interview schedule will be arranged with candidate once passed document check
Comprehensive evaluation of required skills for the role
