We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team at RE/MAX as Commission-Based Estate Agent.

This is a hybrid remote, self employed style, commission based role. Training and ongoing support are provided. Previous sales or property experience is advantageous but not essential. Part Time or Full time available.

As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the buying and selling process. This role offers high commission earning potential for driven individuals who are self-motivated and target-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with property viewings, negotiations, and closing procedures
Provide professional advice regarding the local property market
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
Conduct market research to support pricing and marketing strategies
Liaise with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
Maintain accurate records within company systems

Requirements

Must have own vehicle, phone and laptop
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities
Sales or property experience is beneficial but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
