About the role

We are hiring for Warehouse Operatives to join our Kerry team in Portbury, Bristol.

This role is on a full-time, permanent contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday, rotating 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00.

What will you do?

Your responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative will include:

Maintaining high standards of work, accuracy and attention to detail.
Picking, storing, moving materials in line with production schedules, stock rotation and site standards.
Meeting quality, safety and efficiency targets.
Following company procedures and reporting any issues.
Supporting food safety standards by following hygiene, housekeeping and clean-as-you-go procedures.
Completing all required paperwork and system updates.

What do you need to be successful?

Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment would be beneficial; forklift and power pallet truck experience is desirable.
Basic PC skills are required, with SAP knowledge or experience considered an advantage.
Ability to work independently for long periods, stay organised under pressure and remain focused on quality and safety.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to read, understand and communicate clearly in English.
Ability to complete physical requirements of the role, including manual handling and lifting up to 25kg where required.
