Key Responsibilities-
Deliver high-quality teaching across the Science curriculum at Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 if applicable)

Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge students of all abilities

Assess, monitor and track student progress, providing targeted feedback to support improvement

Contribute to the development of an ambitious and knowledge-rich Science curriculum

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports excellent behaviour for learning

Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and support departmental improvement
-
Participate in wider school life, including enrichment, trips, and extracurricular activities

Uphold the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students
What We Are Looking For-
A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a strong subject knowledge in Science

The ability to teach engaging and effective lessons that secure strong student outcomes
