Full job description

Your Role

The Document Controller is a core member of our project delivery team, directly supporting our project delivery and assisting clients both in the UK and worldwide. You will be primarily using our in-house developed software; setting up new projects, moving/ uploading/ renaming documents and drawings and a range of other tasks. You will also use a range of client collaboration sites such as Aconex and ACC, and assist our support team when required with user queries, troubleshooting and problem solving.

There are many different aspects to the role and we are looking for a consistent and dedicated individual who is willing to employ a variety of skills and join the team. The role is full time and primarily working from our Sevenoaks office, with one day per week wfh and occasional site meetings or placements. For a candidate with the right experience we would consider other working arrangements.

Construction Industry Experience
Document Management Experience
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Friendly and courteous manner
Process driven
Very good IT skills - including using collaboration sites, Word, Excel and general Windows competency
Problem solving - prepared to investigate a problem and try to find a solution.
Organised and proactive
