Role Overview:
We’re doing hospitality a bit differently at Horwood House and we’re looking for like-minded people to come on our journey. Independently owned and located in the Buckinghamshire countryside, we’re a hotel with a big heart. We cater for every kind of guest: conference delegates, wedding parties, spa goers and people just enjoying our hotel and restaurants. We’re recruiting confident individuals who can communicate in a friendly and professional manner with guests and colleagues alike.
You don’t need to have years of experience in the sector, we’re happy to invest in in the right candidate, but you do need to be open to adopting our culture. We work hard but we work happy.
An exciting role within the Horwood House Hotel Front of House Team!We are looking for an experienced, pro-active individual with a can-do attitude to work within our reception team to deliver a memorable guest experience. Our newly renovated restaurants and function rooms host a variety of guests from corporates to families and everything in between. Welcoming guests from arrival to departure you will enjoy a busy and diverse workload.
What would make you the ideal candidate?
At least 1 years’ experience in a similar position and environment with a firm understanding of excellence in customer service
