Full job description

Job Summary K.R.S SECURITY LTD are seeking proactive and vigilant SIA Door Supervisors for a venue in Banbury , you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access points, conducting surveillance, and implementing loss prevention measures. Your energetic presence will help foster a safe, welcoming atmosphere while upholding the highest standards of security professionalism. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our security team, ensuring smooth operations and peace of mind for all.

Regular shifts every friday and saturday night

22.30 to 04.30

£15.69 pet hour paye or self employed

Responsibilities

Manage entry and exit points by verifying identification and authorizations for staff, visitors,
Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid if necessary, and coordinate with emergency services when required.
Enforce site policies and procedures in a professional manner while providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff.

Qualifications

Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Door Supervisor license or equivalent certification.
Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations, including administering basic first aid when necessary.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear reporting and interaction with team members and visitors.
