We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and motivated Education & Football Programme Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing young people both in the classroom and on the football pitch. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students academically while leading and growing our football provision across our college and community programmes.
No two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to teach, coach, lead programmes, organise events, build relationships with parents and players and help shape the future of our football pathway.

The Role
As our Education & Football Programme Coordinator, you will:
Education
- Support teaching and learning within college classrooms alongside a lead teacher.
- Deliver small-group interventions and provide academic support to students.
- Help create a positive learning environment that enables students to succeed.
College Football Programme
- Plan and deliver training sessions for college football teams.
- Coach teams during fixtures and tournaments.
- Support the development and progression of student-athletes.
- Assist with player recruitment and football programme growth.
Youth Football Programme
You will oversee the day-to-day running of our youth football programmes, including development centres and our grassroots football club.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordinating football sessions.
- Managing player registrations and communications.
- Responding to parent enquiries.
- Organising fixtures and league administration.
- Recruiting players and supporting programme growth.
- Liaising with leagues, governing bodies and partner organisations.
- Supporting fundraising initiatives and community events.
- Helping develop new opportunities and pathways for young players.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

- A confident communicator with students, parents and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Positive, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and making decisions.
- A team player with a genuine passion for football and education.
- UEFA C License
- Education Experience - Working in a school/college setting
- Team Coaching Experience - Worked in grassroots / community football
- Drive a minibus - Or willing to.
Desirable
- UEFA B License
- Experience working with young people in education or sport.
- Teaching experience.
- A full UK driving licence
