Full job description

Retail-FCL

We specialise in retail banking and particularly optimisation of ATM networks and their associated systems.

Our mission is to apply our extensive knowledge combined with latest technology such as Robotic Process Automation, AI and Machine Learning to deliver benefit to our customers.

We manage transactions at automated devices, be that cash dispensers, deposit solutions or recycling ATMs, we see these devices morphing into kiosks as other transactions replace cash. Without any affiliations to other organisations we are able to bring a clear, independent and original thinking analysis to projects.

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst who can provide operations support to our Data department in data retrieval and report generation for transmission to customers and management.

This role will work closely with the Data Manager to develop and implement data-driven strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.

This is an office based role.

Key Accountabilities

Customer Reporting

Assist in the production of daily, weekly and monthly reports to be created, checked and submitted to the relevant parties.
Provide input to possible improvements.
Ensure documents/procedures are accurate; provide input to seniors and management.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualified in a numerate discipline.
Proven IT and mathematical skills.
Good knowledge of Excel.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills and Attitude

Enthusiasm for numerical data and automation.
Attention to detail.
Executes procedures accurately and consistently.
Basic understanding of data computing.
Appreciation for data presented in a clear and visual manner.

Pay: From £24,784.00 per year
