About the Role:
Leeds is one of the United Kingdom’s fastest-growing centres for healthcare, technology and professional services, and at Mednotic Health Technologies Ltd, we bring those strengths together. We develop digital systems that help healthcare providers manage clinical information, improve workflows and deliver better patient services.
We are looking for a Clinical Systems Analyst who can support, improve and optimise our healthcare technology platforms. You will work closely with clinical teams, technical specialists and operational stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into practical system solutions.
You will not simply respond to support requests. You will investigate recurring issues, improve system configuration, analyse clinical workflows and help ensure that our platforms remain accurate, reliable and easy to use.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment:
Our Leeds office provides a professional and collaborative setting with convenient access to Leeds railway station and the wider city centre. We support focused individual work while encouraging regular collaboration across clinical, technical and customer-facing teams.
Meaningful Technology:
The systems you support directly influence how healthcare information is recorded, accessed and used. Your work will contribute to safer processes, more efficient services and a better experience for healthcare professionals.
Collaborative Culture:
You will work with software engineers, implementation consultants, project managers and healthcare specialists. Your input will be valued when decisions are made about system configuration, workflow improvements and future product development.
Professional Growth:
You will have access to relevant training, industry events and professional development opportunities in areas such as healthcare informatics, business analysis, system implementation and data governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Systems Support:
Provide second-line support for clinical software platforms, investigate system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams and software providers.
Workflow Analysis:
Review existing clinical and administrative processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend system-based improvements.
System Configuration:
Configure forms, workflows, templates, user permissions and system settings in line with operational and clinical requirements.
Requirements Gathering:
Work with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Prepare test plans, conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing before changes or new functionality are released.
Data Analysis:
Review system data, identify trends and prepare reports that support operational improvement and informed decision-making.
Documentation:
Create and maintain system guides, process documentation, training materials and configuration records.
Stakeholder Communication:
Explain technical issues and system changes clearly to clinical users, operational teams and management.
Training and User Support:
Deliver system demonstrations, support user onboarding and provide guidance to help employees use clinical platforms effectively.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in clinical systems, healthcare technology, business analysis, application support or a similar role.
Healthcare Knowledge:
A practical understanding of clinical workflows, patient administration processes, electronic health records or healthcare information systems.
Analytical Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities with the confidence to investigate complex issues, identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
Technical Skills:
Experience with system configuration, data reporting, user access management, testing and application support.
Communication:
The ability to communicate technical information clearly to clinical and non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation:
Strong written skills and experience producing process maps, functional requirements, test scripts and user guidance.
Data Awareness:
A good understanding of data quality, confidentiality and information governance within a healthcare environment.
Mindset:
You are organised, methodical and comfortable managing several priorities. You understand that clinical systems require accuracy, reliability and careful attention to detail.
Pay: £2,900.00-£3,300.00 per month
